Sales business head opportunity for professionals with 15+ Years of experience in sales and will be responsible for managing and building the ecommerce division and Modern trade division, Leading Ecommerce & Modern Trade Team Engagement with E Com portals to develop joint business plans and strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities: -
Responsible for building the ecommerce division and Modern trade division
Leading Ecommerce & MT Team Engage with E Com portals to develop joint business plans and strategic initiatives Developing marketing communication to build imagery and product portfolio with salons and with the end consumers.
Responsible for E com marketing spends and promo spends on E com portals Formulation of new marketing strategy to improve product visibility and availability on all marketplaces
Requirements: -
15+ years post MBA and had experience in scaling up such business through E-Comm & MT channel.
Worked in an E-Commerce / MT environment
