DGM/GM-Personal/Beauty Care (Ecom)-Mumbai-15+ years

Sales business head opportunity for professionals with 15+ Years of experience in sales and will be responsible for managing and building the ecommerce division and Modern trade division, Leading Ecommerce & Modern Trade Team Engagement  with E Com portals to develop joint business plans and strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities: -

  • Responsible for building the ecommerce division and Modern trade division

  • Leading Ecommerce & MT Team Engage with E Com portals to develop joint business plans and strategic initiatives Developing marketing communication to build imagery and product portfolio with salons and with the end consumers.

  • Responsible for E com marketing spends and promo spends on E com portals Formulation of new marketing strategy to improve product visibility and availability on all marketplaces

 

 

 Requirements: -

  • 15+ years post MBA and had experience in scaling up such business through E-Comm & MT channel.

  • Worked in an E-Commerce / MT environment
