Business Head (OEM Channel Development) – Insurance/NBFC/Fintech – PAN India (15+ years)
Location: Pan India
We are looking for business professionals with good business building and expansion experience. Candidates with prior working experience into OEM channel development with Insurance, NBFC/ Fintech (Payments Bank), Small Finance Bank, Banking Consultant.

Job Responsibilities:
Building and developing the OEM vertical.
Building the overall business strategy of the vertical keeping the broad company objective in mind and execute it thoroughly
Identifying the technological and operational gaps in the Insurance/Protection integration with OEM/Smartphone industry.
Working closely with the Product team to customize the Insurance aggregation platform specifically for the respective Smartphones manufacturing brands. Build what sells.
Working closely with the Insurance team to create bespoke insurance and protection products targeted towards the OEM/Smartphones manufacturers.
Aiming at setting objectives in order to develop and improve the business potential of the vertical.
Job Requirements:
MBA or Business graduate professional.
At least 15 years of experience in the related manufacturing industry.
Excellent oral and written communication skills and analytics skills.
Strong Business Development & consultative selling skills.
Hustling capabilities and should be able to handle ambiguities.
Ability to resolve problems, adapt, and grow quickly
