Location: Pune/Mumbai
Responsibilities:
Serve as a strategic partner to business leaders, providing expertise in HR initiatives and fostering a positive work culture.
Lead end-to-end HR functions including talent acquisition, performance management, employee relations, and organizational development.
Design and implement HR policies and procedures to align with organizational goals and ensure compliance with employment laws.
Drive employee engagement initiatives and foster a high-performance work environment.
Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
10+ years of progressive HR experience with a focus on business partnering.
Strong understanding of HR practices, employment laws, and industry trends.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
Ability to influence and collaborate effectively at all levels of the organization.
Demonstrated experience in leading HR initiatives and driving organizational change.
