Requirements:
Language : Tamil, English
Designation : Civil Engineer / Senior Manager
Experience: 05 to 07 years
Qualification : B.Tech (Civil)
Role & Responsibilities
Planning water and sewage pipeline projects and other related infrastructure works
Co-ordinate with client for project progress, review the status of design, drawing and all other issues.
Preparation of budget before starting of project and closely monitoring the budget at the time of execution of project so that work will completed within the budget and time frame.
Co-ordinate with site for material requirement (Steel, Cement & construction material etc.) & reconciliation.
Contractor Finalization, Rate Analysis and Price negotiation with contractor for new project.
Regular Site Visit for monitoring the progress and review of the work at site.
Reports to: Vice President (Projects)
Working Days: 6 Days (2nd & 4th Saturday Off)
