Cluster Manager - Corporate Broking - Commercial lines - 3 years - Noida

A leading General Insurance firm is looking for a dynamic professional to drive business growth through the Corporate Broking channel. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing relationships with key brokers, acquiring large-scale corporate accounts, and delivering customized general insurance solutions across various lines of business.

Location: Noida

Responsibilities:

  1. Sourcing new Corporate Business through Brokers and increasing market share by acquiring large corporate accounts.
  2. Managing end-to-end relationships with existing clientele, focusing on key account servicing and up-selling/cross-selling products.
  3. Actively liaising with external and internal stakeholders, including the Underwriting (U/W) team, to structure large and specialized product deals, quotations, and coverage terms.
  4. Implementing marketing plans and building a suitable sales pipeline to achieve regional target numbers.
  5. Managing portfolio profitability by ensuring a healthy product mix across Property, Engineering, Casualty, Management Liability, and Employee Benefits.

Requirements:

  1. Minimum 3 years of experience in General Insurance, specifically within Corporate Sales or the Broking channel.
  2. In-depth knowledge of General Insurance products and the ability to interpret and explain complex quotes.
  3. Proven expertise in developing and implementing marketing plans and corporate market mapping.
  4. Strong negotiation and conflict-resolution skills with a focus on customer retention.
  5. A graduate or postgraduate degree with excellent interpersonal and people management skills.
