Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable web-based applications using modern Fullstack development frameworks. 
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic. 
• Work on the end-to-end software development lifecycle, including coding, testing, debugging, and deployment. 
• Identify and troubleshoot application bottlenecks and come up with effective solutions. 
• Maintain high standards of software quality by establishing best practices and following coding standards. 
• Evaluate and recommend tools, technologies, and frameworks to continually improve the development process. 
• Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior team members.

Requirements 

• A minimum of 7 years of experience in Fullstack development. 
• Proficiency in front-end technologies such as JavaScript, Angular, or React. 
• Strong back-end development skills with expertise in Node.js, Python, Java, or Ruby on Rails. 
• Experience with databases like SQL, MySQL, or NoSQL (MongoDB). 
• Comprehensive understanding of web development, RESTful API design, and cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure. 
• Strong problem-solving capabilities with a solution-driven mindset. 
• Excellent communication skills with an ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. 
• A passion for learning and keeping up with the latest technologies and trends.
