Summary
We are looking for someonewho can manage end to end contact centreand Digital transformation. The candidate should be Black belt certified and must have anexperience in BPO/KPO industry
You will be responsible for transformation, solving business problems with internal and external stake holders

Responsibilities
Managing end to end business transformation (digital transformation and Automation).
Conducting process assessment workshops
Creating and designing programs for solutions
Facilitating the problem-solving workshops and direct the working of workshops to problem solving approach
Requirements:
Should be a black belt certified
Should be experienced in managing end to end Transformations
Should be experienced in working on design led projects
Should have experience in a BPM/KPO Captive unit
