Job Description: -
Driving holistic solutions to problems inclusive of technology, training, change management, and proper staffing.
Identifying and implementing process improvement opportunities through agile execution and optimal use of technology and RPA.
Partnering with Shared Services Team, Financial Systems and IT teams to drive new enhancements and new projects to make the operation more efficient and automated.
Approaching problems and solutions with logic and facts to drive desired outcomes.
Strong aptitude for project management
Significant experience playing key role in transformational initiatives including a high growth environment.
Strong understanding of how people, process, and technology intersect to deliver business functionality.
Experience in developing and building long-term strategic plans, roadmaps and team vision.
Ability to identify areas, communicate recommendations and implement improvements with existing processes.
Proven experience in standardizing and documenting financial processes and procedures, building out controls and applying best practices to ensure effective department workflows within a finance team.
Knowledge and experience of working with implementing financial technology solutions to add efficiency and accuracy to finance processes.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate process change and provide effective training materials to facilitate a self-service user experience.
Strong organizational skills and ability to work and thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced and evolving environment.
Qualifications
Any Graduate / PG.
Experience in Automation / Process Improvement /Agile Thinking.
