Excellent opportunity for a professional having 6 years of experience in transformation initiatives in Insurance. You will be responsible for identifying key opportunity areas within the client processes and lead Lean/Six sigma/transformation projects to facilitate process improvement. 4. Formulating improvement plans based on wastes and variations identified during analysis.
Requirements:
1. Any graduate/post graduate, Insurance background preferred.
2. Certified Black Belt from reputed organization.
3. Extensive work experience in Process Improvement/ Transformation/ Automation/ Lean Sigma.
4. Experience around Power BI, Tableau and Sharepoint
