Key Responsibilities –

•  Develop and implement marketing strategies aligned with business objectives, informed by research and customer insights.
• Collaborate with product, sales, and cross-functional teams to ensure marketing efforts achieve defined outcomes.
• Create compelling, targeted content across multiple channels, including digital, print, and media.
• Analyze campaign data using analytics tools to optimize strategies and report on performance.
• Manage marketing budgets effectively, allocating resources to maximize ROI.
• Provide leadership by setting vision, goals, and guiding teams or acting as a subject matter expert.
• Ensure compliance with policies, regulations, and codes of conduct while managing risk and strengthening controls.
• Communicate complex information clearly, influence decision-making, and build strong stakeholder relationships across the organization.

Requirements –

• Preference to Fintech  or Product company experience.
• Extensive expertise in UX writing, copywriting, and content design, producing clear, engaging, and accessible content aligned with brand standards.
• Proven experience working in agile teams alongside designers, product owners, and compliance stakeholders, ensuring collaboration across complex business structures, particularly within financial services.
• Skilled in leveraging specialist tools such as Figma and GenAI, while contributing to and maintaining design systems and content guidelines for scalable delivery.
• Strong ability to negotiate, influence, and build consensus with stakeholders at all levels, resolving conflicts constructively and advocating for customer interests.
• Deep knowledge of SEO, accessibility, and inclusivity, combined with the capability to communicate complex or sensitive information effectively across diverse audiences.
• Understanding of app development pipelines and confidence in championing brand tone of voice through workshops, presentations, and reviews.
