Corporate Taxation – CA Qualified (2016-2019) – IT Service & Consulting

Location: Bangalore
Responsibilities:
Tax Planning - Planning, strategizing and Supporting the company in ensuring effective planning for both direct and indirect taxes in relation to International Tax for Organizations’ Global Operation.
Tax compliance - Ensuring preparation of monthly, Quarterly and Annual tax returns and filings in respect of all taxes covering payroll, corporate (direct and indirect both)
Tax Accounting and Reporting - Ensure correct accounting and reporting of charges, assets and liabilities in the financial statement.
MIS - Prepare and Report MIS / Dashboards on a quarterly basis regarding the compliance status and highlight any exceptions and RCA to address the same.
Requirements:
CA Qualified Professional
Should have expertise Corporate Tax / Direct Tax / Direct Taxation / Corporate Tax
Preferable from IT Service Consulting Background (Not Mandatory)
