Summary – We are hiring experienced professionals with strong expertise in Credit Risk, Risk Metrics, and Data Analysis. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in developing, validating, and reporting credit risk metrics and working with large financial datasets. Strong analytical thinking, stakeholder collaboration, and technical skills (SQL/Python/Excel) are essential for this role.

Responsibilities  

3–8 years of experience in Credit Risk / Risk Analytics / Credit Risk Metrics.

Strong knowledge of credit risk parameters such as PD, LGD, EAD, RWA, Basel norms, and regulatory reporting.

Hands-on expertise in SQL (complex queries, performance tuning).

Experience analyzing risk portfolios, trends, and credit risk performance metrics.

Good understanding of credit models, risk monitoring dashboards, and early warning indicators.

Proficiency in Excel and at least one analytical tool (Python/R/SAS).

Experience preparing risk reports, MIS, and executive summaries.

Strong communication, problem-solving ability, and stakeholder management skills.
