Key Responsibilities:
Provide advanced technical support and expertise
Investigate and resolve escalated technical issues
Serve as a point of escalation for first-level support
Collaborate with cross-functional teams
Stay updated on product updates and best practices
Analyze recurring issues and system errors
Contribute to technical documentation and knowledge base
Share expertise with the support team
Foster strong working relationships
Ensure compliance with change management processes
Provide ongoing support and guidance to users
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
2-to-7-year experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM or similar CRM
Strong problem-solving abilities
Excellent communication skills
