Data Architect - 10+ Years – Gurugram

We are looking for a highly experienced and hands-on Data Architect with 12+ years of expertise in designing and delivering enterprise-scale data platforms. The role involves building modern Azure-based Lakehouse architectures, leading complex data pipeline implementations, and driving scalable, secure, and high-performance data solutions.

Location - Gurgaon (Onsite)

Responsibilities -

1. Define and drive the enterprise data architecture roadmap aligned with business and analytics objectives
2. Design, build, and maintain scalable Lakehouse architectures using Azure services
3. Lead development of batch, streaming, and hybrid data pipelines using Azure Databricks and Delta Live Tables
4. Ensure data governance, security, compliance, performance optimization, and cost efficiency
5. Collaborate with engineering, analytics, and product teams and present architectural decisions to senior stakeholders

Requirements -

1. 12+ years of hands-on experience in data architecture, design, and development
2. Strong expertise in Azure Databricks, ADLS, Delta Lake, Delta Live Tables, and Lakehouse architecture
3. Proficiency in Python, SQL, PySpark, and distributed data processing frameworks
4. Experience with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and data orchestration tools
5. Strong understanding of data modeling, ETL/ELT, data warehousing, governance, and security frameworks
