We are looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst specializing in Data Governance to lead governance initiatives, strengthen data management practices, and support enterprise data and analytics programs. The role involves implementing governance frameworks, managing data quality and metadata initiatives, and collaborating with stakeholders to improve data discovery, lineage, and governance adoption across the organization.

Location – Noida/Gurugram/Bangalore/Pune

Responsibilities –

1. Lead the Data & Analytics Governance team by managing day-to-day governance activities and guiding analysts.

2. Develop and implement data governance strategies, policies, and standards aligned with business priorities.

3. Implement metadata management and data catalog initiatives to improve data discovery and lineage.

4. Identify critical data elements (CDEs), perform data quality analysis, and address data quality rule exceptions.

5. Drive governance adoption through change management, communication, and training programs.

Requirements –

1. 6+ years of experience in data governance, data management, or related data roles.

2. Strong experience implementing data governance frameworks, steward models, and enterprise data policies.

3. Hands-on experience with governance tools such as Collibra and data quality tools such as iceDQ or similar platforms.

4. Strong understanding of metadata management, data lineage, master data management (MDM), and data quality concepts.

5. Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; advanced degree or certifications in data management are a plus.
