Data Scientist - Machine Learning - 3+ Years - Gurgaon/Bangalore

Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with client stakeholders to translate business problems into analytical frameworks and identify the best ML/advanced analytics approach.

2. Build predictive, prescriptive, and optimization models using machine learning, statistical methods, neural networks, and OR techniques.

3. Evaluate model performance, ensure interpretability, and enhance models through feedback loops.

4. Design and deploy end-to-end ML/AI solutions, including live deployment workflows in collaboration with data engineering teams.

5. Lead and mentor junior data scientists, conduct code reviews, and contribute to reusable frameworks and accelerators.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Data Science, or related field (Tier 1 preferred).

2. 3–8 years of experience in data science, advanced analytics, or machine learning roles.

3. Strong hands-on experience with Python (pandas, scikit-learn, statsmodels, PyTorch/TensorFlow) and SQL.

4. Experience with ML algorithms such as regression, tree-based models, clustering, recommendation systems, NLP, etc.

5. Working knowledge of cloud environments (AWS/Azure/GCP), MLOps, CI/CD, and analytics consulting experience is a plus.
