Summary: We are seeking a results-driven FMCG Sales and Business Development Professional with 10+ years of proven success in driving revenue growth, expanding market presence, and managing large-scale business operations. Brings extensive expertise in B2B and B2C sales, distribution management, and strategic partnerships across diverse channels, including Indian Railways, Government Institutions, HORECA,etc.
Job Location-Mumbai
Business Management & Team Leadership
- Leading a team of 10+ professionals, ensuring seamless execution of sales strategies and revenue achievement.
- Driving primary and secondary sales across multiple FMCG categories, maintaining consistent growth.
Strategic Partnerships & Institutional Sales
- Spearheading high-value collaborations with IRCTC and Indian Railways, introducing UPRO chemicals for hygiene and launching food & beverage packs.
- Driving government business—engaging with top-level officials in Women & Child Development, Education, and Health Departments to boost Horlicks distribution.
- Managing GeM business operations for the Navy and Army, ensuring smooth bulk order execution.
Sales & Distribution Management
Handling a diversified product portfolio across beverages
Appointing and managing distributors & sub-distributors to optimize market penetration and sales performance.
Market Activation & Business Expansion
- Driving sales forecasting, new product placements, and business projections for product launches.
- Managing corporate gifting and consumer promotions,
Revenue Growth & Performance Optimization
- Acquiring & retaining key accounts, ensuring sustained business growth and profitability.
- Optimizing sales bandwidth & inside sales strategies to maximize revenue conversion.
- Handling multiple tasks under aggressive deadlines, motivating and leading the team toward sales excellence.
- Led sales operations, generating ₹15-20 Lacs in monthly revenue, ensuring consistent business growth.
Business Development & ROI Optimization
- Focused on lead generation, funnel building, pre-sales planning, proposal submissions, negotiations, and closures.
- Managed profitability, project execution, documentation, and collections, ensuring optimal return on investment (ROI).
Requirement:
- Degree-B.E/B.tech or any graduate
- 10 + Yrs of relevant exp.
