Responsibilities 

1. Data Analysis: Conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis using Python, SQL, or R Programming to address issues related to ESG, sustainability, and climate risks. 
2. Research & Methodology Development: Dive into research and create state-of-the-art methodologies, models, and frameworks to underpin environmental risk and sustainability studies. 
3. Automation & Quality Assurance: Design automated workflows and ensure data consistency through quality assurance procedures. 
4. Project Management: Manage and execute diverse consultancy projects adhering to timelines and client expectations. 
5. Reporting & Documentation: Create comprehensive reports on findings and design presentations for stakeholders. 
6. Collaborative Engagement: Work closely with cross-functional teams while bringing innovative solutions for complex technical and environmental challenges. 
7. Specialized Focus: Leverage expertise in fields like catastrophe modeling, hazard modeling, climate transition risk, or biodiversity and nature analytics to provide actionable insights. 

Requirements 

1. Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Environmental Engineering, Data Science, or a related domain. 
2. Proficiency in Python, SQL, R Programming, and familiarity with tools like Databricks. 
3. Knowledge of climate physical and transition risks, catastrophe modeling, or biodiversity analytics. 
4. Experience in research, quantitative & qualitative analysis, and methodology development. 
5. Strong project management capabilities with excellent verbal and written communication skills. 
6. Passion for sustainability, climate resilience, and securing a sustainable future. 
7. Prior experience in ESG and sustainability consulting is a significant advantage.
