Responsibilities

• Set up and establish a robust delivery framework while building and scaling new teams.
• Collaborate with onshore Data & Digital leadership to operationalize delivery models from requirement identification to execution and closure.
• Define and implement governance structures including forums, SOPs, and cadence practices.
• Configure and optimize delivery management tools such as ADO and Planview for enhanced visibility and tracking.
• Lead onboarding, training, and development of Business and Data Analysts.
• Triage, scope, and prioritize requests, breaking them into structured delivery projects and sprints.
• Manage workloads across Business and Data Analysts; provide ongoing support for seamless execution.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of practical experience in project/delivery management within Data or Digital environments.
• Experience working with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
• Strong understanding of delivery management practices and team setup.
• Skilled in Azure DevOps Boards or similar platforms.
• Understanding of change control processes.
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously.
