Informatica Data Management Cloud Developer –
Cloud Data Access and Marketplace Job Description We are seeking a highly technical Informatica IDMC Developer to build and configure the automated access controls and metadata integrations for our 2026 Internal Data Marketplace rollout.

This role focuses on the "hands-on-keyboard" development of policies within Informatica Cloud Data Access Management (CDAM) and the technical implementation of data products.
You will be responsible for ensuring that when a user requests data in the marketplace, the backend automation (Informatica + Snowflake) correctly and securely provisions that access without manual intervention.

Key Responsibilities:-

1.IDMC Configuration & Development

• CDAM Policy Build: Physically build and test access policies in Informatica Cloud Data Access Management (CDAM) based on requirements provided by the Product Owner.

• CDGC Tagging: Configure Cloud Data Governance and Catalog (CDGC) to scan metadata and apply the technical tags required to trigger security policies.

• Automation Logic:

Develop the technical workflows that automate the "Request-to Access" lifecycle between the Marketplace and Snowflake.

2. Snowflake Security Implementation

• SQL Development: Write and deploy the SQL scripts required for Row-Level Security (RLS) and Dynamic Data Masking on native Snowflake tables.

• Native Integration: Ensure Snowflake-native governance features (Object Tagging, Masking Policies) are correctly mapped to Informatica CDAM policies.

• Testing: Perform unit testing to verify that data masking and row-filters are functioning correctly for different user personas (Data Science vs. Business Analyst). 3. Technical Integration & Support

• Data Product Setup: Assist in the technical onboarding of Global Data Warehouse (GDW) tables into the marketplace.

• Troubleshooting: Resolve technical "access denied" issues or policy misconfigurations across the Snowflake and BI ayers (PowerBI/Tableau).

• Documentation: Maintain technical mapping documents that show how business rules translate into specific IDMC policy configurations. Required Skills & Qualifications

• Informatica Expertise: Hands-on experience with the Informatica IDMC platform. Specific experience with CDAM (Cloud Data Access Management) is highly preferred.

• Snowflake Proficiency: Strong SQL skills and experience configuring Snowflake security objects (Roles, Grants, Masking Policies).

• Policy Logic: Ability to implement ABAC (Attribute-Based Access Control)—specifically using user attributes to filter data dynamically.

• Data Cataloging: Basic experience with Informatica CDGC or Enterprise Data Catalog (EDC) for metadata harvesting.
