Deputy Manager - C&B Analyst/ Sales Incentive Planning - BPM - 2+ Years – Mumbai/ Gurgaon
We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Compensation & Benefits professional and Incentive Sales Planning professional who thrives on compensation benchmarking, data analytics and Total rewards strategy. This is your opportunity to be part of a high-impact HR team that supports business leaders with insightful dashboards, accurate data, and strategic planning.
Location- Mumbai/ Gurgaon

Responsibilities:
- Designing and developing dashboards and reports for senior leadership to track compensation trends and workforce analytics
- Managing and maintaining compensation data for global employee populations with utmost accuracy
- Assisting in the digital transformation journey of the HR function
- Supporting compensation planning, budgeting, and incentive program implementation
- Partnering with HR teams across geographies to resolve queries and drive rewards excellence
Requirements:
- Post-Graduate in HR or Graduate with 3-4 years of relevant experience
- Advanced MS Excel skills for reporting, modeling, and forecasting
- Working knowledge of analytical tools such as BI or Tableau
- Exposure to SAP (SuccessFactors), Fusion, or Workday (a plus)
- Highly analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail
