Deputy Manager_ Employee Benefits Accounting _7+ years _ Mumbai ( Hybrid)


Looking for Deputy Manager with 7+ years of experience in  Employee Benefits Accounting  .Must have experience in production of accurate accounting and financial reporting for all employee benefits programs -including LTIPs & STIPs, bonuses, payroll and ensuring postings are accurate and timely manner.

  • Responsible for the accurate and timely accounting/reporting of all employee benefits programs, including retirement, bonus, payroll & T&E posting and reconciliations.

  • Producing & reviewing calculations of employee benefits, posting of periodic manual journals, automatic allocations system runs, preparing and reviewing BS and P&L reconciliations, payment accruals & provisions are posted on timely and accurately manner and other month-end activities

  • Liaising with Group Finance team for timely & accurately postings of Shared Based Payments.

  • Contribute to budget planning and forecasting as it pertains to employee benefits costs.

  • Collaborate with HR and payroll teams to ensure accuracy of benefit expenses and deductions.

  • Prepare the monthly, quarterly and half yearly accounting close processes for the Employee

  • Benefits Accounting team including required analysis of results.

  • Assist with other accounting projects as needed.


  • Experience of managing employee benefits accounting processes in a large, complex, and international financial services company is desirable.

  • Proficient in the use of MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
