Responsibilities 

1. Designing, developing, and deploying scalable enterprise applications tailored to client requirements. 
2. Collaborating with stakeholders to gather technical requirements and deliver solutions within deadlines. 
3. Implementing best practices in Core Java, Struts, and JSP to ensure high-performance applications. 
4. Contributing to code reviews, debugging, performance tuning, and optimization of existing systems. 
5. Effectively utilizing AI-assisted coding tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude) to improve development efficiency. 
6. Leading and mentoring junior team members, fostering a collaborative learning environment. 
7. Partnering with cross-functional teams to achieve seamless project execution. 
8. Actively contributing to technical roadmaps and staying updated with emerging development trends. 

 Requirements 

1. A bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 
2. Over 10 years of hands-on experience in Core Java, Struts, JSP, and Enterprise Application Development. 
3. Proficient in using application servers like WebLogic, WebSphere, JBoss, or Tomcat. 
4. Expertise in code reviews, debugging, and performance tuning. 
5. Knowledge or exposure to AI-assisted coding tools such as GitHub Copilot, Visual Studio Copilot, Cursor, or Claude. 
6. Proven experience in technical leadership and mentoring teams. 
7. Excellent problem-solving skills with an ability to work independently and as a part of a team. 
8. Strong communication skills with a knack for working closely with stakeholders in a collaborative environment.
