Summary –
We are looking for an experienced Senior Java Lead Engineer – Vice President to join the Corporate Digital Banking team. In this leadership role, you will drive the evolution of enterprise-scale digital platforms, spearheading innovation, architectural excellence, and engineering best practices. You will work with modern Java technologies and cloud-native architectures to deliver secure, scalable, and high-performance digital solutions that provide exceptional customer experiences.

Location –
Pune | Hybrid

Key Responsibilities –

• Lead the design, development, and delivery of enterprise-grade digital applications.
• Architect and build scalable microservices using Java, Spring, and Spring Boot.
• Drive best practices in coding, testing, performance, and security across platforms.
• Collaborate closely with product owners, architects, and cross-functional teams in Agile environments.
• Oversee CI/CD pipelines and ensure high-quality software delivery using modern DevOps tools.
• Mentor and guide engineers, fostering technical excellence and continuous improvement.
• Contribute to strategic technology decisions and modernization initiatives across the digital landscape.

Requirements –

• Strong hands-on experience in Java development with Spring, Spring Boot, and Microservices.
• Experience with Hibernate, JPA, and Oracle Database.
• Solid understanding of Agile / Scrum methodologies to deliver high-quality software.
• Hands-on experience with developer and CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Maven, Gradle, Nexus, and Git.
• Proven ability to lead technical teams and deliver complex enterprise solutions.

Preferred Skills –

• Experience with Angular for frontend integration.
• Exposure to aPaaS / Cloud platforms.
• Hands-on experience with Docker and containerized applications.
• Strong understanding of APIs and integration patterns.
• Experience working with JDK 17 / JDK 23.
• Background in large-scale enterprise or regulated industry environments.
