Business Development Officer – Beauty & Personal Care – 3+ Years – Chennai

An exciting opportunity for sales-driven professionals to join a leading beauty and personal care organization. This role focuses on business growth, key account management, sales execution, and brand visibility across salons and beauty channels.

Responsibilities -

1. Manage and service top salon customers while monitoring BCs within the assigned territory
2. Drive business growth, collections, visibility, and in-market activities
3. Build strong relationships with key clients and lead business negotiations
4. Achieve sales and collection targets through coordination with dealers, SS, and internal teams
5. Plan and execute primary & secondary sales targets on weekly and monthly basis

Requirements -

1.   3+ years of experience in Salon / Beauty / Skincare / Haircare industry
2.   Strong exposure to field sales, channel management, and salon handling
3.   Ability to drive visibility, promotions, and market execution
4.   Good negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills
5.   Result-oriented with strong ownership of territory performance
