Location –Mumbai
Key Responsibilities –
• Drive concept-based selling and strategic marketing of compressed air solutions across target industries
• Identify and engage prospective clients; develop customized sales presentations based on specific business needs
• Conduct feasibility assessments at client sites, lead techno-commercial discussions, negotiate pricing, and finalize orders
• Oversee project execution including installation, commissioning, and performance validation of control systems
• Foster strong customer relationships through consultative engagement and long-term partnership development
• Prepare and present accurate sales, revenue, and expense reports along with realistic business forecasts to management
• Monitor market trends, identify emerging opportunities, and stay informed on competitive landscape and product innovations
• Lead after-sales service initiatives to ensure customer satisfaction and recurring business
• Mentor and train team members to build capabilities and ensure continuous development
• Ensure adherence to IMS protocols and maintain a safe working environment through proactive safety practices
Requirements –
- Understanding of Taxation and other commercial aspects.
- Negotiation skills, Team building skills
- Should be willing to travel extensively in remote areas in industry
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
- Strong business sense and industry expertise
