Shift – 2:00 PM to 11:30 PM

Notice Period – Immediate to 30 Days or Max serving Notice till 45 Days.

An exciting opportunity for an experienced Senior Collibra & Data Governance Specialist to lead enterprise-wide data governance initiatives. This role requires strong hands-on expertise in the Collibra Data Intelligence Platform, metadata management, workflow automation, lineage integration, and governance operations.
Ideal for professionals who have real project implementation experience (not just documentation) and can drive data governance maturity for large-scale systems.

Responsibilities

• Configure and manage Collibra communities, domains, roles, and responsibilities.
• Build and customize workflows using Collibra Workflow Designer (BPMN).
• Capture and maintain business & technical lineage using Collibra Harvester or APIs.
• Integrate business glossaries with physical metadata across enterprise systems.
• Define, implement, and monitor data quality rules within Collibra.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to onboard new data sources aligned with governance policies.
• Use Collibra REST APIs and automation tools for metadata ingestion and integration.
• Ensure strong stewardship, ownership, and approval workflows for data assets.
• Prepare documentation, validation templates, and test evidence for governance processes.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on Collibra experience (not theoretical exposure).
• Strong understanding of data governance, metadata management, stewardship, and ownership models.
• Experience using Collibra Lineage Harvester, BPMN workflows, and Groovy scripting.
• Experience with Collibra REST APIs for metadata updates and automation.
• Ability to map business glossary terms to physical assets (tables, columns, schemas).
• Exposure to data quality tools (Informatica IDQ, Great Expectations) – preferred.
• Understanding of Collibra Protect – an added advantage.

Preferred Skills

• Excellent communication skills for working with business, IT, and global stakeholders.
• Familiarity with regulatory frameworks such as BCBS 239, GDPR, etc.
• Experience with cloud-based data platforms and modern data architectures.
