Summary –
A leadership opportunity for an experienced Development/Delivery Manager to oversee end-to-end software development, delivery excellence, and technical execution. The role requires strong expertise in .NET Core, Azure Functions, Angular, and Azure Cloud Services. Ideal for candidates with 9+ years of overall experience, including 4–5 years specifically in development management and cloud-based application delivery.

Responsibilities –

• Lead and manage end-to-end software development and delivery processes.

• Oversee cross-functional engineering teams to ensure timely and high-quality releases.

• Architect, review, and guide implementation using .NET Core, Azure Functions, and front-end frameworks like Angular.

• Drive cloud adoption and best practices across Azure services (Azure SQL, App Services, ADFS, etc.).

• Collaborate with product, QA, and business teams to define scope, timelines, and delivery milestones.

• Implement development standards, CI/CD practices, code reviews, and performance optimizations.

• Ensure effective stakeholder communication, risk management, and delivery governance.

Requirements –

• 9–15 years of total experience with at least 4–5 years as a Development Manager.

• Strong hands-on background in .NET Core, Azure Functions, Angular, and cloud-based application development.

• Expertise in Azure Cloud Services such as Azure SQL, App Services, ADFS, and related components.

• Proven ability to manage end-to-end delivery across complex cross-functional projects.

• Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.

• Experience working in Agile environments with solid understanding of sprint planning and delivery processes.

Preferred Skills –

• Experience with enterprise-scale cloud migrations or modernization projects.

• Familiarity with DevOps pipelines, automation tools, and performance monitoring.

• Exposure to microservices architecture and best practices in cloud-native development.
