1. Educate, suggest tools and provide training for organization-wide adoption of Agile methodologies and collaborate across roles including Product Owners, Dev-ops teams, development teams.
2. Leverage existing working knowledge of DevSecOps and Automation processes and tools and drive improvements in agile maturity.
3. Develop a plan for the adoption of Agile (domain-wide / enterprise-wide) and use techniques that increase collaboration, predictability, transparency.
4. Apply your strong knowledge of technology trends across IT and digital and how they can be applied to companies to address real world problems to develop technology solutions and value adding propositions
5. Maximize capacity to develop high impact thought leadership that articulates a forward-thinking view of the market and work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment.
6. Ability to drive C-suite/senior leadership level discussions
7. Promote a culture of experimentation and innovation.
Your experience counts!
1. A highly skilled and motivated DevOps Consultant with 6+ years of experience in building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines, automating infrastructure, and optimizing software development processes.
2. Proficient in a consulting environment with a strong track record of effective presentation (PPT) and business case preparation skills.
3. A person who possesses a value-oriented perspective and consistently prioritizes the delivery of value.
4. Good understanding on conducting DevXops (SecOps, DataOps, CloudOps, BizOps etc) maturity assessments (On-Prem, Cloud or Hybrid) and create the detailed roadmap.
5. Understand and awareness about latest technology trends in DevOps, Cloud Native etc areas and able to bring thought leadership.
6. Supported in defining the target state DevXops operating model for client across People, process and technology.
7. Hands-on experience on containerization technologies such as Docker and container orchestration tools like Kubernetes.
