Summary –
We are looking for a senior Data & Insights leader to drive data strategy, consulting, and delivery across multiple client engagements. This role involves leading data-driven initiatives, managing complex projects, supporting pre-sales activities, and acting as a trusted advisor to stakeholders across the insurance and analytics ecosystem.

India (Open to major delivery locations)

Responsibilities –

1. Lead data consulting and strategy initiatives, managing small to mid-sized data projects for multiple clients

2. Assess client data landscapes, identify gaps, and define future-state data architecture and implementation roadmaps

3. Act as the primary delivery point of contact, ensuring high-quality execution and stakeholder satisfaction

4. Support pre-sales activities including solution design, presentations, and client discussions to win new business

5. Drive effective communication, documentation, and knowledge sharing across internal teams and client stakeholders

Requirements –

1. Strong experience in data strategy, data consulting, and analytics delivery within complex environments

2. Hands-on knowledge of ETL design, data platforms, and cloud-based data ecosystems

3. Proficiency in SQL, Python/R, and data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau

4. Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and modern data technologies

5. Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and documentation skills
