Responsibilities:
Handling End to End salary processing (within TAT)
Managing employee reimbursement
Full and Final settlement calculation
Responsible for handling Statutory Compliance
Managing Employee Reimbursement, PF, Professional Tax, MLWF and ESIC, Employee Benefits
Managing rewards, HR Operations, Global Mobility
Managing Internal & External Stakeholders
Requirements:
9+ years of experience in Indian Payroll.
Excellent Communication Skills
Any post graduate certification.
