Opportunity for Immediate Joiners who have 9+ years’ experience in Indian Payroll, Statutory Compliance and Global Mobility

Location- Mumbai (Powai)

Shift- Hybrid

Your future employer:  Global financial services organisation specialised in Investments, Savings, and Asset Management headquartered at London.

Responsibilities:

• Handling End to End salary processing (within TAT)

• Managing employee reimbursement

• Full and Final settlement calculation

• Responsible for handling Statutory Compliance

• Managing Employee Reimbursement, PF, Professional Tax, MLWF and ESIC, Employee Benefits

• Managing rewards, HR Operations, Global Mobility

• Managing Internal & External Stakeholders

Requirements:

1. 9+ years of experience in Indian Payroll.

2. Excellent Communication Skills

3. Any post graduate certification.
