Earnix Developer - 2+ Years- Remote

An excellent opportunity for a skilled Earnix Developer / Earnix Builder to design, configure, and deliver enterprise-grade insurance pricing, rating, and decision analytics solutions using the Earnix platform. The role involves hands-on configuration, integrations, and close collaboration with actuarial, pricing, and technology teams in a global delivery environment.

Location: Remote (India)

Your Future Employer:

You will be working with a global analytics and digital transformation organization delivering large-scale insurance pricing and decision analytics solutions for leading insurance carriers. The organization offers exposure to enterprise implementations, complex transformation programs, and strong long-term career growth.

Responsibilities:

1. Design, build, and configure Earnix pricing, rating, and underwriting models.

2. Configure rate plans, business rules, workflows, versioning, and deployments within Earnix.

3. Translate insurance product and pricing requirements into scalable Earnix configurations.

4. Work on Earnix integrations with core systems such as Guidewire PolicyCenter and upstream/downstream applications.

5. Collaborate with actuarial, pricing, data science, and IT teams to embed predictive models and decision logic.

6. Support migration and transformation initiatives (e.g., Radar to Earnix).

7. Perform configuration testing, validation, troubleshooting, and performance tuning.

8. Ensure adherence to Earnix best practices, governance, and model standards.

9. Participate across the full SDLC including design, build, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.

10. Prepare and maintain technical documentation and support production releases.

Requirements:

1. 2+ years of hands-on Earnix development / configuration experience.

2. Strong experience in building Earnix models (pricing, rating, underwriting).

3. Experience working with insurance pricing, product rules, and rating mechanisms.

4. Hands-on exposure to Earnix–Guidewire PolicyCenter integrations (preferred).

5. Strong understanding of P&C Insurance domain.

6. Experience with REST APIs, data integrations, and structured datasets.

7. Ability to work independently in a client-facing, global delivery environment.

8. Immediate to 15 days joiners preferred.
