Assistant Manager – Business Valuations & Investment Banking (3+ Years)
Looking for professionals having at least 3-5 years of relevant experience in Business Valuations and Intangible Asset Valuation including sound knowledge of Accounting and Corporate Finance concepts.

Responsibilities:
Understanding assignment scope, conduct desktop research on the relevant industry
Drafting well documented reports communicating the key valuation arguments and thesis
Executing and delivering high quality valuation models reports to the discerning global clients
Reviewing financial models based on specific business situations
Requirements:
Having at least 3 years of relevant experience in business valuations in professional services firm or corporate strategy
Qualification: MBA/ CA/ CFA or any other relevant post-graduation degree
Having relevant experience in financial advisory services
Having sound knowledge of Accounting and Corporate finance concepts
Having sound financial modeling skills
Knowledge of utilizing databases such as Thompson Reuters, Bloomberg, Capital IQ, etc. will be an advantage
