Summary: As an Engagement Manager, you will build strong relationships with clients, ensuring client retention, satisfaction, and growth of new business opportunities. You will lead client delivery on multiple projects, from project planning to execution, including making recommendations and ensuring closure. The role involves working closely with clients to understand their business challenges, designing and executing tailored solutions, and leading internal business development initiatives. You may be required to travel to client locations in Saudi Arabia and UAE up to 1-2 weeks per month, on a need basis.

Responsibilities:

1. Build and nurture strong client relationships, ensuring project success and identifying new business opportunities.

2. Lead multiple projects, solving complex client problems and delivering high-impact solutions.

3. Design tailored business solutions, working closely with clients to identify and address their specific needs.

4. Present recommendations to CXO-level clients, delivering impactful presentations and driving organizational change.

5. Manage and mentor a team of Associates, guiding them in delivering high-quality project outcomes.

Requirements:

1. Full-time MBA/PGDM from Tier 1 B-schools (IIMs, ISB, etc.) or B.Tech./B.E. from Tier 1 institutions (IITs, NITs, etc.) or Chartered Accountant.

2. Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience, with at least 2 years in consulting.

3. Strong knowledge of 1-2 industry domains and expertise in strategy development, process improvement, and digital transformation.

4. Critical thinking, problem-solving, and excellent interpersonal communication skills.

5. Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint, with team management experience.
