Responsibilities

1. Design, develop, and deploy custom modules and integrations within the ServiceNow IT Asset Management (ITAM) platform.
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions that improve asset visibility, control, and compliance.
3. Optimize ServiceNow functionality by leveraging best practices to support the technology infrastructure.
4. Troubleshoot issues, perform system upgrades, and ensure platform stability and performance.
5. Conduct data analysis and reporting for process improvement and management decisions.

Requirements

1. 4+ years of hands-on experience as a ServiceNow developer, with a strong focus on IT Asset Management (ITAM).
2. Proficiency in JavaScript, ServiceNow scripting (client/server-side), and development of ServiceNow forms, workflows, and UIs.
3. Sound understanding of ITIL processes and service management principles.
4. Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills with strong attention to detail.
5. Ability to work in a hybrid environment, demonstrating great communication and teamwork skills.
