Data Scientist / Machine Learning Engineer – 5+ Years – Gurugram (Hybrid)

Summary:
Are you passionate about solving complex business problems through data? We are looking for an accomplished Data Scientist / Machine Learning Engineer to design scalable ML solutions, build predictive models, and unlock insights from large datasets. This is an exciting opportunity to work with cross-functional teams and shape data-driven decision-making in a fast-paced global environment.

Location: Gurugram (Hybrid)

Responsibilities

  1. Design and implement ML models for predictive analytics, classification, clustering, and anomaly detection.
  2. Collaborate with data engineers and developers to deploy ML models into production environments.
  3. Perform data wrangling, exploratory data analysis, and visualization to uncover insights.
  4. Build end-to-end data pipelines and workflows using Python, SQL, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  5. Leverage large, complex datasets from multiple sources for advanced analytics.
  6. Communicate analytical results and business insights effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements

  1. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field.
  2. Strong expertise in Machine Learning, Deep Learning (TensorFlow, PyTorch), and NLP.
  3. Proficiency in Python / R, SQL / NoSQL, and experience with big data frameworks (Hadoop, Spark).
  4. Hands-on experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, matplotlib, seaborn).
  5. Knowledge of CI/CD for ML and version control systems like Git.
  6. Familiarity with MLOps tools such as MLFlow or Kubeflow is a plus.
  7. Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
