Export Executive – Sales Support / Export Coordination – 2 to 4 Years Experience - Mumbai
Summary- Join a dynamic backend sales team as an Export Executive, where you'll manage end-to-end export coordination, support international clients, and streamline order execution from inquiry to delivery.

Key Responsibilities
Act as a communication bridge between buyers, factory, and reporting manager.
Coordinate export orders from inquiry to shipment and documentation.
Handle sample dispatch and buyer updates regularly.
Generate weekly turnaround reports and maintain buyer-wise data.
Support new product requirements by collaborating with marketing and factory teams.
Assist in organizing exhibitions and generating leads through cold calling.
Requirements
Graduate with an MBA (preferred).
2–4 years of experience in export coordination.
Strong knowledge of export documentation and terminology.
Excellent communication skills – verbal and written.
Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.
Ability to handle client queries and follow up independently.
