An exciting leadership opportunity for an experienced exports professional to head global sales and business development. This role focuses on driving export growth, expanding into strategic international markets, building and managing channel partners, and strengthening contract and white-label manufacturing businesses. Ideal for candidates with strong industrial product sales experience, proven expertise in export market development, partner management, and cross-functional leadership, along with the ability to deliver sustainable growth, operational excellence, and long-term customer relationships across global markets.

Responsibilities -

  1. Driving export business growth by achieving revenue, contribution, and working capital targets across strategic international markets.
  2. Identifying, onboarding, and developing channel partners while building strong direct relationships with key global customers.
  3. Developing and executing market-specific export strategies, including sector focus, product positioning, and growth plans.
  4. Leading and expanding contract manufacturing and white-label businesses through strategic partnerships and long-term client engagement.
  5. Building, leading, and developing a high-performing exports team while ensuring robust processes, compliance, and cross-functional collaboration.

Requirements -

  1. Extensive experience in industrial product sales with strong exposure to export markets and international business development.
  2. Proven ability to build and manage channel partners and maintain senior-level relationships with global customers.
  3. Strong commercial acumen with expertise in contract manufacturing, white-label business models, and profitability management.
  4. Demonstrated leadership capability in building and managing high-performing sales teams and driving strategic initiatives.
  5. Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills with the ability to influence stakeholders and close complex international deals.
