We are looking for a Field Technical Service professional responsible for delivering strong technical and after-sales support while driving customer satisfaction and market intelligence activities. The role involves complaint resolution, demand generation, and supporting sales initiatives to strengthen customer engagement and brand presence.

Location – Mumbai

Responsibilities –

1. Manage product claims and customer complaints ensuring timely resolution.
2. Provide technical support and product feedback to internal technology and sales teams.
3. Conduct demand generation activities and customer training programs.
4. Gather market intelligence and implement marketing and service initiatives.
5. Support sales teams through customer conversion and service improvement initiatives.

Requirements –

1. BE / B.Tech / Diploma in Mechanical or Automobile Engineering.
2. 0–5 years of experience in technical service, automotive, or related field.
3. Strong knowledge of sales processes, demand estimation, and product lifecycle.
4. Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
5. Customer-centric mindset with strong interpersonal skills.
