Finishing Manager– 14+ years - Faridabad

Key Responsibilities –

•            Accountable for overseeing and executing all finishing works at the project site.

•            Responsible for calculating material quantities required for finishing activities.

•            Skilled in interpreting specifications, methodologies, and architectural drawings related to finishing works.

•            Coordinate with contractors and subcontractors to ensure effective technical supervision of civil and finishing activities at every stage.

•            Monitor daily progress reports and manage the snag list for finishing works

 

 

Requirements –

  • Basic Qualification B.E/B.Tech in Civil (Full time)
  • Additional post-graduation Qualification added advantage but bot mandatory.
  • Experience: 14 years+ years
  • Mandatory experience in Commercial/Mall/Corporate office project in the last 5 years.
  • Must have completed a life cycle of a project.
  • Must be in a leadership role in the current project.
