FP&A Manager (7-10 yrs)
An exciting job opportunity for core finance professionals having experience of working in the IT industry in FP&A domain.
Location: Bengaluru (WFH)

Responsibilities:
Enabling business with commercials modelling and pricing.
Helping sales team with proper pricing analysis
Driving culture of compliance and control within the business unit
Participating in process improvements at Corporate level
Contributing to enhance processes within order booking and DPS.
Co-owning the financial plan of the business unit along with the business head
People management – internal stakeholder management
Revenue governance, Margin governance (including cost take-out initiatives, systemic and sustainable cost reduction, rate hikes, cost analysis) and Working capital governance.
Requirements:
CA with 7+ yrs exp in FP&A domain
Strong communication skills and ability to interact with teams in different Geos
“Can do” attitude and faster learning curve
People management skills
