Regional Logistics Incharge/Manager - Beverage - 6+ Years - Delhi/Mumbai

We are hiring an experienced Regional Logistics professional to manage end-to-end C&F operations, warehouse management, and secondary transportation for a high-volume FMCG beverage business. The role demands strong leadership, cost control expertise, and hands-on experience in managing large-scale seasonal logistics operations.

Location – North Region – Delhi/ West Region – Mumbai

Responsibilities –

1. Manage end-to-end Carrying & Forwarding (C&F) operations including warehouse management and dispatch planning
2. Oversee secondary transportation to ensure timely deliveries and high service levels across the region
3. Drive inventory accuracy, stock reconciliation, and loss prevention across depots
4. Lead large teams including contractual staff, transporters, and vendors
5. Control logistics budgets, optimize costs, and ensure statutory compliance and audit readiness

Requirements –

1. Mandatory experience in FMCG beverage logistics operations
2. Current designation as Manager or Assistant Manager
3. Strong exposure to secondary transportation and C&F management
4. Experience in handling high-volume, seasonal distribution operations
5. Excellent people management, compliance, and vendor management skills
