Full Stack Developer Lead – React.js/Java – Bangalore – 10+ Years

Summary: We are looking for a seasoned Full Stack Developer Lead with 10+ years of experience in IT services, bringing a strong frontend focus on React/Next.js and solid backend expertise in Java. The role demands hands-on leadership in building scalable, high-performance applications while working closely with cross-functional teams. Ideal candidates will combine technical depth with the ability to guide teams and deliver enterprise-grade solutions.

Responsibilities

1. Designing and developing scalable backend services using Java, Spring, and Spring Boot

2. Building responsive, high-performance frontend applications using React.js / Next.js

3. Writing, optimizing, and maintaining SQL queries on Oracle DB

4. Developing and consuming REST and SOAP web services

5. Collaborating with product, QA, and DevOps teams to ensure seamless delivery

6. Ensuring application performance, security, scalability, and reliability

7. Providing technical guidance and mentoring to the development team

Requirements

1. 10+ years of overall experience in full stack development

2. Strong industry exposure to IT services / technology consulting environments

3. Hands-on expertise in React.js / Next.js with strong Java and Spring Boot backend skills

4. Solid understanding of Oracle DB and SQL optimization

5. Experience working with REST and SOAP APIs

6. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline
