Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the overall financial actions of the organization.
- Oversee cash flow, budgeting, audits, and general accounting functions.
- Analyze strengths and weaknesses in the company’s finances and recommend corrective actions.
- Perform risk management through analysis of liabilities and investments.
- Formulate investment strategies considering liquidity and growth objectives.
- Ensure statutory compliance with all regulatory and tax authorities.
- Control and evaluate fundraising plans and capital structure.
- Manage vendor and banking relationships.
- Prepare reliable financial and forecasting reports.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and corporate governance standards.
- Lead and mentor the Finance & Accounts team to drive excellence and accountability.
What We’re Looking For:
- Education: CA/CPA qualification is mandatory.
- Experience: 20–25 years of proven experience in Finance & Accounts within a large manufacturing organization, preferably in the cement or allied industries.
- Age Criteria: 45–50 years.
- Technical Proficiency: Expertise in SAP and MS Office.
- Knowledge: In-depth understanding of corporate financial laws, taxation, risk management, and costing principles.
- Skills: Strong analytical, leadership, and organizational capabilities.
- Languages: Fluency in Telugu and English is essential.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Proven track record of driving cost optimization and financial efficiency.
- Experience managing audits and financial restructuring.
- Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
