Global Workforce Transition and M&A Lead
Job opportunity for Leader – HR M&A Due diligence and Global Workforce Transition looking for passionate leader’s who can efficiently support business teams in winning new business and support our clients with complex people matters.
Location: Anywhere in India

Responsibilities:
Actively engage in HR Due Diligence for outsourcing deals & prospective acquisitions
Partnering with internal stakeholders from different teams like Pre-Sales, Sales, Delivery/Operations on a deal pursuit for an outsourcing engagement
Actively collaborating with multiple external & internal stakeholders throughout the M&A deal to design people solutions keeping in mind the business objectives of both the companies and employee well being
Efficiently negotiating and contracting with the client on various HR provisions while keeping legal & commercial aspects in mind
Contributing to knowledge repository and driving the improvement process
Qualifications:
Qualified Master in Business Administration or any masters
Experience of 15+ years overall, 8+ years in HR domain, specific to HR due diligence HR Consulting or Post Merger HR Integration
Extensive experience in people transfer, Mergers and Acquisition
Indepth knowledge of employment regulations in multiple countries
Extensive experience of working in global environment
Effectively managing multiple senior stakeholders.
