Senior Rating Analyst - Large Corporate Group/Finance Sector - 2+ Years - Mumbai

We are looking for a dynamic and analytical Senior Rating Analyst to join a leading credit rating organization. The role involves in-depth financial analysis, credit risk assessment, and rating assignment for large finance sector clients. This position is ideal for professionals with strong credit evaluation skills and exposure to the BFSI domain.

Responsibilities –

1. Analysing historical financial and business performance and benchmarking it against peer companies.
2. Projecting future financial performance and assessing credit risk through industry and business research.
3. Assigning credit ratings and preparing high-quality analytical reports with clear rating rationale.
4. Presenting credit recommendations to the Rating Committee and ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards.
5. Managing client and stakeholder interactions, including discussions with senior management and communication of final ratings.

Requirements –

1. Having 1–5 years of experience in credit rating, credit analysis, or financial analysis within the BFSI/finance sector.
2. Possessing strong knowledge of financial statements, credit risk assessment, and industry analysis.
3. Demonstrating experience in preparing analytical reports and committee-level presentations.
4. Exhibiting effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
5. Working with a high level of accuracy while managing multiple assignments and strict timelines.
