We are hiring for a General Manager (Business Development) having experience of 6+ years in a similar role. Looking for a candidate who has good expertise in MicrosoftOfficesuiteandCRMsoftware.

Responsibilities-
Developing and implementing business development plans to achieve company objectives and revenue targets.
Discovering untapped business prospects and emerging market trends, crafting innovative strategies to harness their potential for growth and success.
Building and Maintaining relationships with key stakeholders.
Strengthening and Maintaining the company’s brand identity and positioning in the market.
Partner closely with marketing teams to conceive and execute captivating marketing campaigns and initiatives, strategically aligned to bolster business development endeavors.
Monitoring and Reporting the Key Performance metrics including the market share of the organization.
Lead and motivate the business development team and represent the company at industry events, and conferences.
Requirements-
Having a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration with a Master’s degree is preferred.
Should have a minimum 6 years of experience in marketing.
Strong leadership and management skills is required.
Excellent communication and inter-personal skills are required.
Forward-looking strategist endowed with sharp business intuition, adept at recognizing and leveraging lucrative market openings.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM Software.
