Data Scientist  – Banking / Financial Services Domain - 10+Years - Bangalore 

Summary – We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Scientist to lead advanced analytics initiatives and deliver data-driven insights that support strategic business decisions. This role requires strong technical expertise, exceptional stakeholder communication, and the ability to design scalable, production-ready solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end data science projects—from problem definition and data exploration to model development, validation, deployment, and monitoring.

  • Partner with business stakeholders to translate requirements into impactful analytical solutions and communicate insights clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.

  • Design and implement advanced machine learning, statistical modeling, NLP, and optimization techniques using Python, SQL, and modern DS/ML frameworks.

  • Collaborate with data engineering teams to ensure scalable data pipelines, reliable production models, and efficient cloud-based workflows (e.g., Databricks).

  • Provide technical leadership through mentoring, best practices, and delivery of executive-ready dashboards, visualizations, and presentations.
