Group Manager-Training-F&A-Chennai
Urgently Hiring for candidates with 10+ years of experience in F&A Domain (P2P, O2C, R2R) and currently working as F&A process/product trainer

Responsibilities:
Manage end to end training for the aligned Finance and Accounting (FnA) processes, including new hire training and BAU intervention, for a span of 400-500 FTEs across multiple accounts
Building training modules with accounting treatments/ double entries and maintain up to date training materials
Conduct training for Finance teams with accounting modules and build SMEs in each Finance sub functions
Perform sample complex accounting processes with various SMEs to understand complexity and required skill levels
Work closely with Quality assurance team to understand root-cause analysis/ trends and identify knowledge gaps to enhance with training
Understand changes in the accounting world and help to build new knowledge base as per the requirements from client
Work closely with Finance training team and Operations team to arrange training sessions leveraging new technology and tools to conduct, record and report training progress and related Mis
Manage multiple stakeholders
Create and maintain detailed training MI and documentation
Design, Develop and Deliver training on FnA product and process training in the relevant area of business
Gauge the post training performance of agents trained
Conduct refreshers and floor briefings when required
To evaluate and provide feedback to the training manager on amendments to the training material
Adhere to signed off Training Standard Documents, Governance Plans and other prescribed regulations
Requirements:
B Com – Graduate
Proficient in the Finance and Accounting domain, with exposure to the BPO/BPM industry
Experience in Academic Research and Content Development, Classroom Training and Workshops, Training Curriculum development
Aware of various training methodologies and have knowledge on Instructional designing
Minimum 10-12 years of work experience in FnA, with good domain knowledge, with good domain knowledge about P2P/O2C/R2R
