Responsibilities

1. Design, lead, and implement strategies for enterprise and data security aligned with organizational goals.
2. Establish robust security policies, standards, and guidelines to minimize risks and protect stakeholder data.
3. Act swiftly to protect the company in case of any security breaches or data loss incidents.
4. Collaborate with IT, compliance, legal, and business teams to improve the security posture of the organization.
5. Build and mentor a high-performing team of security professionals to achieve strategic objectives.

Requirements

1. 12+ years of experience in enterprise security, data security, risk management, or a related field.
2. Bachelor's/Master's in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related disciplines.
3. Exposure to certifications like CISSP, CISM, CISA, CCSP, or similar is highly preferred.
4. Proven ability to lead teams and drive projects to successful outcomes.
5. Deep knowledge of security technologies, data protection measures, firewalls, antivirus protection, and intrusion detection systems.
